FOUNDER, CEO
Gary Slater is Founder and CEO of Slater Tactical Solutions, LLC. Slater Tactical Solutions was created to train, equip and prepare individuals and organizations and empower them to live securely in today's ever-changing threat environment.
Gary has over thirty years of experience working with Local, State and Federal agencies. He was a Team Leader for both Department of Energy and Department of State Tactical Response Teams, utilizing his knowledge and skill here in the US and abroad. Gary developed and implemented Tactical Doctrine for both agencies, and was recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in the field of Security Operations.
Gary's mission in life is to provide people with the knowledge and ability to enjoy life without the fear of "What if...?" Gary has been a Firearms Instructor for over 25 years, was Top Shooter in multiple tactical classes, competed nationally and internationally in SWAT events, and was recognized by the Office of Independent Oversight for Outstanding Leadership and Tactical Prowess. Gary is married to Mandy, co-Founder and CFO of Slater Tactical Solutions, LLC. They have three grown children: Rachel, Christopher and Brandi and they both enjoy the Jeep-Life.

Mandy Slater is co-Founder and CFO of Slater Tactical Solutions, LLC. Slater Tactical Solutions was created to train, equip and prepare individuals and organizations and empower them to live securely in today's ever-changing threat environment.
Mandy was Lead Salesman and Assistant Manager for a family-run Electrical Business for 18 years. Mandy owned her own Massage Therapy business for nine years, sold School Food services for three years, and has been the Assistant Manager of a family-run Hair Salon for three years. Mandy was the Chairperson for the Augusta Chapter of Christian Women's Club.
Mandy's mission in life is to ensure the financial stability of Slater Tactical Solutions, support Gary as he empowers individuals to be secure, and inform women that they "own" their personal safety. Mandy also believes that understanding and exercising our Second Amendment Rights is "the surest form of self-defense". Mandy is married to Gary, Founder and CEO of Slater Tactical Solutions, LLC. They have three grown children: Rachel, Christopher and Brandi and they both enjoy the Jeep-Life. Mandy loves spending as much time as possible with their grandchildren.
